A boost for those Mysteries of Laura Season 3 renewal hopes.
NBC has ordered five additional scripts for Season 2 of the comedy-drama, lead actress Debra Messing has revealed.
While the script order doesn’t guarantee more Season 2 episodes getting produced, let alone a third season, it does keep the ink flowing in the writers room.
The order also serves as a sign of ‘confidence’ from the network as it continues to weigh a decision on Season 3.
