Official Status: Series Ending. Hell On Wheels Season 5 is the last in the series – there is no Season 6. Hell On Wheels Season 5 consists of 14 episodes, with the first 7 airing summer 2015 and the concluding 7 episodes wrapping up the series from June 11, 2016.

November 7, 2014 – AMC renews Hell On Wheels for an expanded fifth season which will also be the last in the series. Season 5 is split into two parts, with the first seven episodes airing summer 2015 and the final seven installments in summer 2016.

My wife and myself are so involved with Hell on Wheels and can’t wait for another episode. We both will e very disappointed if the show is cancelled, it’s very close to a conclusion, maybe one more season after 6. The Swedish guy needs the be killed off, that’s one episode I really don’t want to miss. Please don’t leave us hanging, this show is great quality entertainment!

KIf in fact Hell on wheels is over at least tell us so we will not check every Sat night for it and then you spring it on us and we miss first couple of episodes. Hate split seasons of when they preempt shows.
Just told a good friend to start watching it and now it is over before he can ever start!

Please, please, please do not cancel hell on wheels! There are so few westerns available to watch let alone historical westerns. The writers are so good at pulling you right in and the actors are superb! It would be such a shame to end. Please reconsider.

UGH…I hate TV. Every time a good show comes out they cancel it. It’s like only crap television can survive these days, I don’t understand.
I hope Netflix will pick this up, as this is truly one of the best shows out there right now, right alongside Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead, would be a shame to see it end. BUT if they do, God help at least end it for once and don’t just leave us hanging….

So few quality shows, and a other one caned before it could run its full coarse, yet tons of crap TV still fills the air ways its a total mistery to me how net work executives keep there jobs and I truly hope netflix picks up hell on wheels.

Please do not cancel this show, my husband and I have enjoyed watching this series. Please release the last part of season 5 now, instead of making us wait until summer 2016. Why so long between episodes. Tired of good shows being cancelled, so few things on tv now that are good. So frustrating!!! Not happy at all with AMC.

I am asking that AMC will not cancle hell on wheels it is a good show and I hope that the episodes will continue I like western and I am black and most of my friends are watching this show. We talk about each episode and con pair notes, plus it is history with a little bend of the truth but it is educational for those who know little about how the railroad was build, how black people Chinese people had a hand in building the railroad, this is history, please continue Hell ON wheels!!!

I love Hell on Wheels; now what? I guess I’ll watch it again and gain and always wonder what happen to the Swede and if Cullen got his family back and if the railroad went north or south? you can’t leave me hanging like this…it’s cruel. Tell me it will end better than this. I vote to continue…

I agree with everyone on here for some reason we keep getting stuck with season after season of crap tv but all the good ones like this get canceled after a few seasons it’s the main reason I canceled my cable ! I look forward to this show every year too bad it’s done

I am looking forward to season 6 of Hell on wheels,……… IF there is going to be one. There are only a few shows my husband and I watch together and this is one of them. Good shows never last. Please don’t let us wait any longer and start that dang season 6.

The loss of Common to the show did hurt a bit. However this 5 season has been incredible! I hope they reconsider and make a 6th season.

I watched the 5 seasons on Netflix for only 10 days. You can imagine how my eyes got strained in the process of watching it. Hell on wheels is like reading a beautiful, exciting pocket book. It’s episode conclusion seemed to make you watch what happen next. I admire the writers and all of the people involved in the production of this beautiful tv movie. I fell in love with cullen for his mysterious, sexy and gentleman character; hated The Swede for his manipulative evil ways, liked Fong, the fair haired maiden of the West, eva, and all of the actors in the story. This is very informative especially for those who are not familiar with how the Continental Railroads were made. Please show us the conclusion of this epic mini series. I really love this show.

Mu husband and I watched all the episodes up to season 5 #7. We are waiting for the last few to be put on Netflix.. We love the show. Please don’t cancel… Please Netflix pick it up and keep it going. So many people enjoy this show.
