June 17, 2015 – E! announces the August 31 return of Fashion Police with Melissa Rivers joining as co-host.
March 17, 2015 – Following recent controversy and departures, E! has arrested Fashion Police until fall 2015.
March 12, 2015 – Fashion Police continues to shed panelists. Following the departure of Kelly Osbourne last month, new arrival Kathy Griffin has also left the show over creative differences.

February 27, 2015 – Kelly Osbourne has officially quit her longtime role as Fashion Police panelist following the controversy of colleague Giuliana Rancic‘s comments on Zendaya Coleman‘s hair during her Oscars appearance. However, E! confirms that Fashion Police‘s current fifth season “will return as scheduled on Friday, March 30th at 9:00 p.m. and no decisions have been made on her replacement.” At this time a sixth season of the series remains a possibility.
December 1, 2014 – Comedian Kathy Griffin announced to replace Joan Rivers as co-host alongside celebrity fashion stylist Brad Goreski as of January 2015. With new hosts now in-place, Fashion Police could potentially spawn a sixth season.
September 19, 2014 – E! confirms that Fashion Police will continue without Joan Rivers, raising the possibility of a sixth season to follow Season 5:
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of Joan Rivers and, for the last two weeks, have turned our attention to honoring her memory on all of our platforms,” the network said moments ago in a statement. “We have also thought long and hard about what Joan would have wanted as it pertains to the future of Fashion Police. We decided, with Melissa Rivers’ blessing, that Joan would have wanted the franchise to continue. Fashion Police will return in 2015, commencing with Golden Globes coverage on Monday, January 12. No further details will be announced at this time.”
