Despite not scaring up huge ratings in its opening episodes, Syfy believe in Town of the Living Dead and hope to build the docuseries’ audience by airing repeats, per senior exec Ted A’Zary:
A: We believe in it too – we’ve got repeats of #TownoftheLivingDead tonight at 11pm and Wednesday at 10pm to help build the audience.

Q: @Syfy – Town Of The Living Dead didn't register in the top100. Probably not a good sign? Personally, I found it entertaining.

Stay tuned as we monitor whether or not Town of the Living Dead can indeed survive the zombie apocalypse.

I was an extra and played various zombies, and a speaking role in the movie. We all had such a GREAT time on the set, and loved every minute of being there. We were not paid for our time, and some of us, (me, for one) took unpaid time off work to do this, but the experience was so thrilling that we didn’t care. Please give this show a chance. It’s funny and entertaining, and deserves time to build an audience. We’d love to have it renewed for a second season and see where it goes from there. Thanks.
