The Girlfriend Experience Cancelled With Entire Season Release?

Starz will release the entire first (and only?) season of The Girlfriend Experience online and On Demand when it premieres April 10, 2016:

Such a move has a whiff of burn-off and – as it stands – doesn’t exactly bode not bode well for the prospect of future seasons (ala Flesh and Bone).

Of course, buzz and subscriptions could change all that, and Starz may market it as a ‘binge-release’.
