The previously renewed ‘The 100’ will return for its 7th and final season in 2020.
With the season 6 finale around the corner, executive producer Jason Rothenberg announced the unfortunate news today on his Twitter account.
With #The100 Season 6 finale just days away, I have some bittersweet news to share: Season 7 will be our last. We are eternally grateful to WB & CW for always allowing us to tell our story the way we want to & to wrap the show on our terms. What an incredible ride this has been!

I would gladly continue watching the show every season provided they didnt kill off my faves and they had something new to tell.

I am so sad to hear that Season 7 will be the last of “The 100.” I thoroughly enjoy watching this show. Each season has brought new stories to keep us watching. Wish this could be picked up for Season 8 on a platform like Netflix, another station, or Amazon Prime.
