This one has been burnt after some seriously low ratings.
The Baker and the Beauty has been cancelled by ABC after just a single season. The hour-long romantic comedy/drama lasted only 9 episodes and finished on June 1st.
The other freshman series awaiting it’s fate For Life was renewed for a second season.

I am so sick of all these shows being cancelled after one season. The Baker & the Beauty was a good show. All these damn TV stations are cancelling good shows and renewing these a*hole reality shows. We should all boycott all the stations but the problem is the younger generation like Real Housewives, Naked & Afraid, etc. The people that do watch a lot of TV are stuck because they cancel our shows to promote these other ones. I guess I’ll get back to reading books instead of watching TV. How about you call me for one of these polls & I’ll give you my input. You all suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
