CBS has renewed The Talk for Season 8, sources inform RenewCancelTV.
The 8th season will air without co-panelist Aisha Tyler, who has announced her departure from the CBS daytime show at the end of the current seventh season in July.
Confirming her departure on today’s (June 15, 2017) show, Tyler cited work commitments for her exit. “I just realized I had to let something go,” explained through tears.

Sometimes it's painful.
Sometimes it's beautiful.
Most of the time, it's both.Be brave, everyone. Be brave. pic.twitter.com/dssCpyMPLa

Personally I really cannot stand the show any longer since the parting of Aisha Tyler..I do not like Eve..She is dull. She has no chemistry with the other ladies..She ads nothing to the conversation and truly I was in shock to hear she was even a contender to be in the running for the next new co host.. The best person for that would have been Carrie Ann Inaba. She was fun and engaging and she added great conversation. They already lack a great deal of good conversation because it’s too PC, too sanitized and they make sure they watch every little thing they say and it’s quite annoying..it’s as if they’re trying to act perfect..The continual clapping over NOTHING from EVE and Sheryl is more than annoying and super loud and distracting..The show has lost its panache..I don’t like it at all any longer and I am definitely not going to be watching it again…You chose the wrong co host..The show is boring.. The show is just over..I won’t be watching and that’s all that matters.. too bad..Used to be somewhat interesting…
