Shut Eye cancelled already? In a late change from the planned weekly roll-out, Hulu will release the entire 10-episode delayed first season of Shut Eye all at once, per THR:
The streaming giant announced Monday that it plans to make all 10 episodes of its first-year psychic drama Shut Eye available to subscribers beginning Wednesday, Dec, 7.
Shut Eye was previously listed as streaming weekly beginning Dec. 7. Although the all-at-once rollout strategy is common practice at competitors Netflix and Amazon, Hulu has by and large rolled out new episodes of original series like Casual, The Mindy Project and The Path on a weekly basis.
Sources claim the ‘binge-release’ is designed to capitalize on the holidays, while cynics will suggest its a sign of low-confidence from the streamer, in what could amount to a cancellation burn-off.

You cannot cancel a great show like Shut Eye. Jeffrey Donovan is at his best since Burn Notice. Cancel The Mindy Project. It’s stupid and has no likeable content, that’s why Fox dropped it. USA Network did the same thing to Sirens, which is an awesome show. Cancelled that after the 2nd season.
