don’t know what criteria determines renewal/cancellation. don’t say ratings because I’ve seen some low rated shows renewed and vice versa. I so enjoyed “Second Chance”. loved Rob Krazinsky and Mary Goodwin! the worst part is this show had such an interesting concept and “what-if” premise that they could have gone in so many directions with it. but, of course, our writers of today are going down the tubes! I’ve seen good show after good show go bad as they change writers. Also, the networks can make so much more money with another ridiculous, boring, uninteresting “reality” show. what a “sad state of affairs……”

Thats too bad. but it figures. by all mean keep all the crap reality tv. This was a really good show. geesh couldnt you may have tried airing it on a different night before giving up on it. geesh. like maybe show it when there is nothing else on. LIke NOW. make it a summer series like Monday night. nothing on I give a crap about right now, thats for sure. I think they give up on some really great shows and somehow keep pushing shows that NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT OR REALLY CARES ABOUT.

What a shame. You should have given the show “a second chance” before canceling it so fast. It was really good especially compared to all the other reality TV and shows.

What the hell is wrong with FOX they keep bringing out what seem to
be fairly good shows like this one. And they don’t give it a chance to
gain an audience. But they keep crap like Rosewood, Wayward Pines,
Sleepy Hollow and Bones around. I’m sure there isn’t a police dept.
anywhere in the world that deals with as many skeletons as they do
on that cheesy show. Fox doesn’t seem to like to give shows like this any
time at all to gain an audience. Firefly and Futurama jump to mind.
This was a well-written show. The effects were good. And the actors
did a great job. They brought their characters to life.

This was one of my favourite new shows. It never even got a chance. Its time slot was moved after just a few episodes and that really put the nail in the coffin. Like someone said in a previous comment, a show like Bones gets renewed over and over and it sucks! Sometimes a show needs at least a couple of seasons to find its audience. I just don’t get it. Give Second Chance a second chance!!!

Would be nice if hulu or netflix or another cable channel bought the rights to the show and continued it at least for 1 more season to compleate the story.

Maybe a petition should be sent or something because I liked this show so much. It was different but interesting cause they definitely could have taken this in so may directions. Maybe USA could have picked this up. They have done good with some long running shows.
