Why doesn’t FOX just release an announcement “We have run out of ideas. The creative cupboards are bare. We’ve tried. However, the only recourse we have come to is to ‘revive’ televisions shows which previously did well on our network, in the hopes that those viewers may still be alive and interested. We are aware that some of these past series have been off the air for 5, 10, even 15 years. But, hey… when you have ZERO creativity, what’s a network to do??”

hey i don’t care what the reason is, I’m just so excited that one of my favorite shows is coming back !!

I’m not commenting on the series themselves… just the notion that Fox is brining back SEVERAL shows from 5, 10 or 15 years ago rather than creating new shows. This says far more about the leadership at Fox and anything.
Big Z says
I agree to that

My thoughts exactly. I mean, that’s pure laziness. And if they really want to bring back an old show of theirs, they could at least choose one in which the main character is still alive and a show that has no end. Prison Break’s season 1 was awesome, the rest not so much, and it ended a few years ago, so why would anyone bring it back??
Man1 says
Hey, you got a problem with revivals….Don’t watch! Don’t even say that there was NEVER a show out there that you wished wasn’t cancelled & would tune in, in a heartbeat.

When I started out watching Prison Break it was in the second season. I missed the first season because I was watching Invasion. Another great show. When that ended I started watching Prison Break, William Fichtner came from Invasion to Prison Break. I got two for two. I’m just about to complete the series buying the 4th and final season of Prison Break real soon. Look forward to seeing the new one.

How funny is this!? I was just telling a friend today that I had been in the ER for what I thought was a heart attack on the day of the finale of Season One. The doctors wanted to keep me overnight but I said, “No! I have to go home to see the season finale of Prison Break!” After completing a ton of tests they let me go–yay! I’m looking forward to finding out how the series gets resurrected…fingers crossed…
