Please Like Me Season 4 is currently airing on Australia’s ABC, but was cancelled on Pivot due to the closure of the network.
However, in an recent update, the series producers kept hopes of a US release alive, promising an “announcement soon” regarding Season 4:

Season 4 is currently streaming in the UK on Amazon Prime.
