Nigel Farage lined up for new series of Piers Morgan’s Life Stories
Piers Morgan will be interviewing one of the most talked about political leaders of his generation, Nigel Farage, for the new series of Piers Morgan’s Life Stories on ITV
Also in the 4-part series, Piers will be speaking to music icon and last surviving Bee Gee, Barry Gibb, flamboyant pop star Boy George and legendary actor Nigel Havers.
Piers Morgan’s Life Stories returns to ITV for its 14th series early next month, and among the guests will be Nigel Farage, Britain’s most controversial and divisive politician.
Piers will be asking Nigel about his numerous brushes with death including the road traffic accident he endured aged 21, his battle with testicular cancer a year later, and surviving a horrific plane crash in 2010.
Piers will also grill Nigel about his two marriages, his close friendship with new US President Donald Trump, and how his life has changed since achieving his ultimate goal in the 2016 EU referendum, and stepping down as leader of UKIP.
Piers said: “There is no more polarising, talked about or fascinating character in British politics than Nigel Farage, so I am delighted he has agreed to launch the new series. Love him or hate him, he’s never boring and he’s promised to answer any questions I throw at him. I am expecting a very lively, news-making encounter, with no prisoners taken on either side.
‘As for the other three guests, Barry Gibb is one of the greatest singer-songwriters this country has ever produced, Boy George is the most colourful and outrageous pop star we’ve ever produced, and Nigel Havers is the most charming actor we’ve ever produced. So they should all be wonderfully entertaining and revealing shows.’
In previous series of Life Stories, Piers has interviewed over 80 famous personalities including Sir Elton John, Sir Rod Stewart, Sir Richard Branson, Sharon Osbourne, Mary Berry, Simon Cowell, Raquel Welch, James Corden, Sir Roger Moore and Gordon Brown when he was Prime Minister. (ITV)
