Campaign site One Million Moms has hit out at NBC’s new comedy One Big Happy, deeming the show “damaging” and “harmful”.
The site is plotting One Big Happy‘s cancellation by going after its sponsors. Here’s an except of their strategy:
NBC’s “One Big Happy” is attempting to desensitize America and our children. This new show is damaging to our culture and harmful to our society for a number of reasons. This program glamorizes one night stands, n-dity, homosexuality, and foul language (such as v-gina and b-tch).
1MM is prepared to c ontact sponsors of “One Big Happy” requesting they pull financial support from the program. It is proven this strategy works! It was not too long ago that NBC announced “The New Normal” had been canceled after only one season because of lack of advertisers!
NBC has yet to cancel or renew One Big Happy for Season 2.

I find 2 Broke Girls more offensive then this show…stop writing petitions. If you don’t like a show, don’t watch it.
Nick Suko says
Thank GOD they cancelled that horrible show One Big Crappy. The chemistry was nauseating and it was SO evident that no one liked the UK bimbo or the LACK of a real audience substituted with an EQUALLY nauseating laugh track every being played 1.4 seconds. Gone, gone, GOODBYE. So much for Ellen’s clout.
Zano Tatum Bromance says
OMG thank the Good Lord that they cancelled One Big Crappy. If not for the UK fluuzy that, obviously, the rest of the cast loathed (personally and professionally), then (like someone else commented) the so-obvious canned laugh tracks inserted every few seconds would make anyone want to change to the NatGeo channel instead. The only actor on that show worth anything was Elisha Cuthbert. The others are wanna-be nobodys. Perhaps now we’ll not have to hear another BS story about Nick’s upbringing with 19 women who hated men. Perhaps that explains his bromance with Channing Tatum. Now THAT would be a good show, once he comes out.
