I really enjoyed the Netflix “Still Laugh In” Tribute Show Friday Night / Memorial Weekend. Lily Tomlinson, Ruth Buzzy, and Joanne Worley were spectacular recreating their roles from the 60’s and the production editing clips from the party room and other modular segments with live performance was superb ! The show went abruptly south however, midway thru, when Billy Crystal took the stage and launched into a rude, inappropriate and unfunny monologue of insults directed at President Donald Trump. The joyful nostalgic momentum of the show and good work of the cast (up to that point!) came to a sudden and grinding halt by Crystal’s tasteless and unnecessary performance. Before he even finished his cameo, I’d had more than my fill of Bill Crystal and turne the show OFF! Fuck You Billy Crystal ! – for ruining an otherwise Great Opportunity to Reminisce and Celebrate a Uniquely Creative Moment In Time that Will Never and Can Never Exist Again thanks to Self Serving Shitheads like Billy Crystal who have long lost their inner glow andcability to “ENTERTAIN”. If you choose to watch this show, be prepared to shut it down as Billy Crystal makes his cameo entrance. You might as well enjoy half a loaf than subject yourself to the disappointment of what Billy Crystal brings to the table.
