Having reached the 100-episode milestone and with a sixth season renewal in the bag, how much longer can Nashville go?
Speaking to THR, creator Callie Khouri suggested the music drama “hasn’t even scratched the surface”, giving hope to a seventh and eighth season, and possibly beyond:
There are always new characters and stories to tell. Everybody in [Nashville], as far-fetched as we’ve been, says, “Oh, boy, you haven’t even scratched the surface.”
Stay tuned as we continue to monitor the cancel/renew status of Nashville Season 7 and potentially beyond…

They can do all the seasons CMT wants but I won’t be watching. When this show went from entertainment to a liberal political platform, the show was ruined.

Examples please. I’m a conservative and haven’t found anything offensive.

I don’t find anything offensive. A little bit bored with Scarlett and gunner storyline..but love everything else.

This show went off the rails about Season 3, when it devolved into soap opera/drama and has had less and less music each year. This year, there hasn’t been even one episode with one full song from anyone that we haven’t already heard in previous episodes and most episodes have fragments or no songs at all.
Pathetic.
What is the point of having a show that features such talented singers and hired such talented songwriters and DOESN’T USE THEM????
BRING BACK THE MUSIC!
