iZombie Season 4 renewed? Rob Thomas has bet the house on it.
Speaking to EW, the showrunner expressed “confidence” that his drama will live more seasons on the CW, and certainly a fourth:
“I’ll say this: I bought a house in L.A. and I’m moving there hoping there will be a Season 4, so no one will be more disappointed than me and my business manager if there is not. I am betting a lot that there will be. I feel good. I am confident, and hopefully, that confidence is not misplaced.”
With iZombie Season 4 to extend the story, Thomas has delayed his series finale plans:
“If there is ever a cure where things go well, it seems like the show will be over. I don’t think we could cure Liv Moore until we’re ready to do our final episode.”
Will iZombie join The CW’s list of early renewals or enter the TV afterlife with Frequency and No Tomorrow? The show seems to have escaped the reaper’s clutches for another year. Stay tuned for the final verdict…
