Grimm has been renewed for Season 6, but it will likely be the last in the series.
That notion has been reinforced by the title of the Season 5 finale: “The Beginning of the End”:

NBC has yet to announce Season 6 as the last in the series, so there’s no official end date yet, but all signs (currently) point to the series stopping short of Season 7.
Stay tuned as we continue to monitor the status of Grimm…

so the Grimm Reaper has deemed that Grimm will bite the dust soon, maybe Netflix will pick it up? Then there would be nudity; swearing; better gore and Chelsea Handler guest starring as an Aufhocker maybe?! I am going to miss this show, a very good forget about work show to enjoy with a beer and a bowl of fries and mayo, The makers did a real good job keeping it fresh and lively throughout the run. Thanks you to the writers and actors, directors and producers…you done well

I don’t watch a great deal of TV but never miss an episode of Grimm. Monroe is by far my favorite character. I do not understand why people want to see the same ole stuff all the time. I want different and Grimm definitely gives that to me. So if they are cancelled and Net Flix or Amazon picks it up, (I have both) I will still be able to watch one of my very favorite shows.
