FOX has followed up tonight’s earlier cancellations with more bad news for fans of Grandfathered, Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life and Bordertown. All three freshman comedies have been axed and will not live to see Season 2.
RIP.

I just finished complaining about FOX cancelling another fine show, “Second Chance”.
And now I see they’ve cancelled this great little show. John Stamos, Paget Brewster,
Kelly Jenrette, all the cast, did a wonderful job with the show. I was looking forward
the next season of this show. They show made you feel good the characters by the end
of every episode.
What is it with FOX? Why don’t they give anything but cartoons a chance to gain an
audience?
This cast really clicked. And the episodes were so well written. That seems to be the
downfall of a lot of shows on FOX.
This one hurts. Damn you FOX. Why don’t they just merge with the Cartoon Network?
And drop all the drama’s and comedies.

SO disappointed about both Grandfathered and The Grinder. They are both smart, sophisticated shows that don’t play to the lowest common denominator. The chemistry among the leads in both shows was infectious.Too bad they didn’t catch on. It would be great if some other network snatched them up!
