OWN has renewed For Better Or Worse for Season 8, cast members Brad James and Michael Jai White have revealed.
While OWN has yet to announce the renewal, James and White shared the news via Instagram:

White also teased the upcoming eighth season in an interview with EurWeb:
[Fans will] enjoy [seeing] my character evolve over time and with that evolution you see Marcus and Angela become mentors as opposed to mentees as when we started in Why Did I Get Married? where we both sort of a mess. There will be different twists and turns and ongoing story lines, it is an exploration of how to live and love each other in these modern times.
For Better Or Worse Season 8 (or “Season 5” as it will be billed by OWN) is slated to premiere later in 2016, with an exact date to be announced in due course.
