Cancellation has been served. AMC has axed Feed The Beast after one season, RenewCancelTV has confirmed.
In the wake of the crime drama’s 10-episode first season run, the cabler has opted not to renew Feed The Beast for Season 2, sending it instead into the belly of the cancellation reaper.
In a statement to Deadline, AMC said the show failed to deliver the numbers needed for Season 2:
“We have great respect and admiration for the entire team associated with Feed the Beast, starting with Clyde Phillips, David Schwimmer, Jim Sturgess and our studio partner, Lionsgate. We are thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with them and appreciative of their talents, dedication and care. Unfortunately, the show simply didn’t achieve the results needed to move forward with a second season.”
RIP.

Schwimmer, like Kudrow, can’t act and they got miraculously lucky with Friends. They should both just invest their money and stop trying… the’ve done nothing of ANY merit since that series ended.

So disappointing!!! Loved this show, all the characters, story lines, etc. A big loss for AMC and mostly
the viewers. They should have given this show a chance to increase viewership in season 2.

VERY UPSET!!!!!!!! GREAT show and characters. Will miss finding out how it all would have played out.
Huge loss for AMC and the viewers. Sad commentary on the mentality of people who are setting the bar sooooo low for what they consider “quality” tv!
