Conviction Cancelled By ABC – No Season 2

Conviction Cancelled Or Renewed For Season 2 By ABC?

ABC has cancelled Conviction after one low-rated season. The network has opted to not extend the Hayley Atwell drama into Season 2.

Having failed to gain an extended run, Conviction will enter the cancellation graveyard after its 13 episode first and only season.

Conviction becomes the second freshman broadcast cancellation, following the doomed path of fellow ABC drama Notorious.

RIP.

And once again, a good show isn’t given a chance. I HATE the stupid networks. They don’t listen to the people anymore than our government does.

Notorious and Conviction, both with total weekly viewers of 6-8 million, have now been cancelled by ABC. The voters of this country have now spoken “ABC” but it was “Anything But Clinton”. Perhaps the viewers of this nation will also vote, this time anything but ABC Television. The Polsters of this country have had a rude awakening. Maybe its time for ABC Network to do the same. If they are not happy with 6-8 million viewers, maybe they should review competitive shows in the time slot and shows both before and after on their own network, for type of viewers.

I am just getting into this show.GIVE IT A CHANCE.
Its really interesting.i cant wait until the next show.
Please renew it for at least another year.
There are too many new shoes to watch at the beginning of each season,so people pick and choose and often we choose the wrong one.

    Please renew.

Another ABC show bites the dust. ABC doesn’t listen to viewers they cancel all the good stuff and keep their ridiculous sit coms. Wake up ABC you are losing viewers. It was bad enough you cancelled Notorious, last year’s The Family and Agent Carter and now Conviction. You are off my viewing list.

I watched the show, and to be honest I didn’t think it would last. They made it just a little too slick, which in turn made it so unbelievable. A crack team of brilliant individuals is able to exonerate convicts in just 5-days!!!! Plus I think the main problem was the main character…she just is so unlikeable. Now another show that is just a little too slick for its own good is Bull, but in that one the protagonist is very likable…which makes me suspend my disbelief for 60 minutes, long enough to enjoy the show. Just my opinion.

Give these shows a chance. They are pulled too soon. If they’ve already been filmed, show them. Just like “Notorious”. Pulled too quickly. Think I’m moving back to USA channel. Finally get something to watch on ABC, get into them, and they are cancelled. Maybe we don’t need to give ABC a chance.

This show is fantastic! I can’t believe they’re thinking about cancellation. So many great shows are canceled after only one season. Recently, Stalker and Eye Candy. Also, Freaks and Geeks. Not to mention all of the shows that end on a cliffhanger and I for one need closure. Please vote for Conviction in the People’s Choice Awards 2017.

I am so tired of the supposed educated people who decides what we watch.Cancelling shows so quickly, before anyone seriously has a chance to become a loyal watcher is assine! If they are relying on polls, well, according to ALL of the polls, Hillery should be moving back to the White House. Conviction is a good show, with good actors. Give the writers more time to flesh the story out. With these two shows gone, that will end my watching of anything on ABC. I do not watch any other shows on ABC, not boycotting them. The broadcast channels better watch it, I am spending more than half my viewing time watching Netflix, Sundance.com, Amazon Prime, and other cable channels. I watch Crackle and other methods of seeing quality shows. They better wake up. If you want to hit them where they hurt, write companies that advertise on ABC, and tell them you will no longer support them, since they support a channel that doesn’t listen to their viewers.

“Notorious Cancelled By ABC” is a travesty! I Agree with the posts, made, that the actors were good, story lines relative & portrayed as such, and yet too many FAKE REALITY SHOWS remaining!! OBVIOUSLY, the public wants to live in a Dream World & $s OBVIOUSLY NOT made, to promote this series! SAD!!!

I’m still missing the Legal show starring Kathy Bates. I miss the Pan Am show. And The Dome. Modern Family , however-is OVER. It has ceased to be funny and descended into sad irrelevant stereotypes. The old man with the hot chick wife, the real-estate husband with a big helping of sleaze, the driven yet insecure blond wife who absolutely must find a lover or kill this jerk in a murder suicide. The gay husbands, attractive to no one so our minds won’t go there. The smart-aleck asian adoptee-not charming-really not charming. And Hot chick wife with heavy son? Why do these annoying adults have so many annoying children? The Middle had odd (semi-normal) and fairly likable people that don’t make me flip the channel and flip off the characters. Or-do all of you fly to Australia as a herd?

viewers are going to not watch any new shows you put out because they won’t be able to watch the ending if you cancel it.
