Cold Justice survived death at TNT, with Oxygen breathing new life into the true crime series.
Speaking to Variety, co-star Kelly Siegler admits TNT’s decision to cancel the show after three seasons caught her off guard:
“When we didn’t get picked up by TNT, we didn’t know that was coming, so when we went on break, there were victims’ emails in my inbox and files I was waiting to read and people expecting us to come work on their cases. A lot of hopes were up that we were going to be able to do something to help their local law enforcement move forward, but then it went away. We were surprised and disappointed.”
However, Siegler is both relieved and excited that Oxygen’s fourth season revival/rebrand has re-opened the book on the series:
“It’s wonderful that we’ve been able to call [those victims’ families] back now and say ‘Can we still come?’ and move forward to try to solve some more cases.”
Cold Justice Season 4 premieres July 22, 2017 on Oxygen.
Stay tuned as we continue to monitor the cancel/renew status of Cold Justice Season 5…

They used to say that Kelly was the Matagordo County, Texas prosecutor. Now she’s saying she spent her prosecuting career in Harris County, Texas. What’s up with that ?!
