TNT has reportedly cancelled Cold Justice after three seasons.
Despite spawning a spinoff show last year, Cold Justice: Sex Crimes, insiders say the odds of a fourth season are bleak.
The show was embroiled in a lawsuit last year, which initially sparked fears that the reaper was closing in.
Further erasing the show, the network has even taken down its official website.
RIP.

This is such sad news! My family absolutely LOVES this show and this decision by TNT will wear heavy on our hearts for many years to come!!! While I understand why TNT may feel this program contained many legal riisks, not allowing these talented professionals to persue the truth on a cold case murder seems so short-sighted in the long run. Their success rate, or closure rate, if you will, is truly amazing and we will seriously miss watching these extremely talented women, and their team of law enforcement truth-seekers, wade through the deception and dead end leads to uncover what actually occured to murder victims from every walk of life, socioeconomic or gender, was an experience I will miss so very much! It was a joy watching these women so successfully navigate the halls of the legal and law enforcement professions. They showed it for what it was; tedious, raw and often extremely difficult to legally navigate through to the end result of a positive verdict. It was really our most favorite show on television. Kelly Sigler and Yolanda McCleary have given much more to the viewing public than we gave to them and, my family will always be grateful for having the opportunity to watch these incredible women in action!

I agree with all the comments shared. It is a shame though because this was such an important project I thought and was proud TNT was involved because I enjoy many shows on TNT. I will miss the banter between Kelly and Yolanda and I’ll miss the dry erase board they used to organize their case. I’m a criminal justice major and do investigating. So, I thought it was good they approached each case the same way. It made it seem like I was there with them. Cool show! People just like to sue because they the potential $ in their face and it they probably get bad advice in pursuing such cases instead of just letting it go and moving on.

Once again television stations like TNT would rather cancel a show that tries to do good and ease the suffering of people who have waited so long for answers. I guess another rerun of some tv show or movie or bore us with some sports event that couldn’t get airtime on any other station because they couldn’t get enough sponsors to support their crappy sport that no one cares about. Way to go TNT! You just removed that sliver of hope from the world. Go back to your crummy programming.

Those two gunts were horrible. It was just blatantly an informercial for themselves. Unlike most other shows, it was constantly hurrahing the two stars, as if they were the greatest thing ever.
Other shows focus on documented evidence. These two hags seemed to be creating evidence. They deserve to get sued.

Now that’s just nasty! You’re a real piece of work aren’t you? Grow up and don’t bother posting in these types of forums unless you have something intelligent to say because you sound like an idiot. Just saying…

Like many others, I too have enjoyed this show since it’s debut. But I was deeply troubled by Kelly Siegler’s conduct in the case in Texas. The case, where she continued to prosecute a man, while she had evidence that called his guilt into question. It’s a shame she let this happen. The idea is to get the right man in jail. Not just get someone. I hope there was only one instance of this.
I wish the show could go forward. But I can see that their liability is through the roof.
They did so much needed work. We can only hope that the show has inspired increased work in police departments all over the country to re-look at these kinds of freezing cold cases.

Another great show cancelled because new management wants to develop their own shows. I have formed a habit of refusing to watch networks that cancel shows that are popular (Cold Justice had great ratings) based on the personal whelm of a network executive.
TNT has been added to the non-viewing list.

Sad to hear of this being cancelled, but the show just wasn’t the same without Yolanda! I understand that she wanted to spend more time with her family, but there just wasn’t that same chemistry between Kelly and the others who helped her try and solve that cases.
TC says
the cases, not that cases.
