There are plenty of laughs to be had with the return of mockumentary-style comedy series Class Dismissed (Series 3), two new series of comedy drama series 4 O’Clock Club (Series 7 & 8) plus new Dangermouse (Series 3; previously announced) animated comedy and game (co-produced with Fremantle Media), Diddy TV (Series 3), How To Be Epic (Series 3), Sam And Mark’s Friday Wind Up (Series 7) and The Dengineers (Series 3; previously announced).
Other recommissions include hit children’s adventure show Raven (previously announced) and talent show Taking The Next Step, both produced by the CBBC Productions in-house team in Scotland. Plus new Gory Games from Citrus Television, Remotely Funny from Twenty Twenty and Got What It Takes? from Lincoln Square Productions.
A new series of Marrying Mum And Dad [15 x 30’] also has also been re-commissioned as Ed and Naomi return, with the help of a number of special celebrity guests, to help young wedding planners put together the craziest, most exciting marriages imaginable for their parents.
Previously announced, Pablo, which follows a five and a half year old boy as he works through the challenges of his autism and which is due to air later in 2017, has already been re-commissioned as has a second series of Apple Tree House.(BBC)
