Chicago Justice and Trial & Error cancelled? Despite NBC announcing its 2017-18 season schedule, both shows remain in serious limbo.
NBC chief Robert Greenblatt said a decision has yet to be made about Chicago Justice Season 2:
“We haven’t made a definitive decision on that yet. We were so rich with hour shows and moving things around, we decided that we didn’t have a place for it yet. But we’re still looking deeper into midseason.”
Trial & Error is also on the brink, but discussions are apparently taking place about ways to make a second season work:
[Trial & Error is] another show we really like. We’re actually talking to Warner Bros. at this very moment about how to bring that show back. I hope we can have some good news about that in the near future.”
The situation doesn’t look great for either Chicago Justice or Trial & Error, and even a renewal would seem like a stay of execution, but stay tuned for updates…

I like Chicago Justice. It’s more or less a remake of Law & Order, which is on a hundred times a day. So someone besides me must like that type of show too.

I’d hate to lose Chicago Justice! The “Chicago” shows with tie-ins have been so great. Adding “Justice” to “Chicago Fire, PD, Med” has been great!

Loved Chicago justice . Such a good show. Don’t know why NBC would cancel it.

CHICAGO JUSTICE is a great show! What is wrong with the schedule ?? Please let NBC know that they are too deep into showing THE VOICE – taking up lots of time for other shows that we enjoy watching!

its a great show! would be a shame to see it cancelled… lots of others wasting valuable time that could
be cancelled instead!!

You haven’t really given Chicago Justice a chance. You bring these shows in when all sorts of sports play-offs are going on and other established series are winding down and have people already hooked. I love that it is an updated Law&Order. Be sensible please.

Sometimes I watch the series on internet on the TV channels that gives them and I do not know if this counts as ratings too. The hours are different and after some night hours if it’s too late I fall asleep on the adds. Chicago all of them I watch on internet because they are too late for me where I live. I get up at 5AM so at 10PM which is the showing time I am knockout. I hope the TV station have this in mind and also count the people who go next day to watch the shows on the web site as I do on many of them. I love Chicago Justice and would feel sad if they do not give it again. This one I watch on TV because is at 9PM but last night I had to miss it because it was the finale of the Once Upon A Time season That I also watch and they extended it till 10PM.

I never miss any of the Chicago shows. I love this one so now I guess the investigator will return to Chicago PD. NBC could have given it a chance to find its audience. Shame on them. They are getting as bad as ABC
Nancy says
I love all the Chicago shows! They are the best shows on television, so I hope they will reconsider and not canceled Chicago Justice.

They better not cancel Chicago Justice. Why not just keep it in the same time slot? Or, here’s an idea, get rid of some of the dumb reality shows. Canceling any of the Chicago shows would be a mistake

Chicago Justice Is a Fantastic TV Show it has an Amazing Cast, Great Writing with Awesome Story Lines. NBC you CAN NOT CANCEL this Show it goes perfectly with Chicago Fire, Chicago PD & Chicago MD it also gives all the HUGE Chicago Shows Series some closure at the end of the day sometimes ya know. Basically Keep Chicago Justice going maybe I can give ya some pointers NBC & THIS GOES FOR OTHER NETWORKS AS WELL !!! DO NOT BRING ON ALL THESE NEW SHOWS MID-SEASON ESPECIALLY DURING SPORTS PLAYOFFS !!
