Gin K; It’s a money thing. Reality shows cost only 1/3 of the budget. Which is why there are so many home shows out there as well. You could produce a sitcom or a really good drama; but you have payroll, special effects, etc. to consider.
2 cameras filming 4 people arguing? The only real cost is travel and equipment. I’m sure the people on 600 lb life don’t get $2 million an episode.

Bones was not canceled and neither was Bates Motel. I didn’t go through the whole list but I’m sure there’s other shows you stated were canceled but aren’t

Oops! I misspoke. Bones is canceled after this season but I watched an interview with Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga two weeks ago and they stated that there is another season. I really hope it’s coming back like they said.

Disappointed that APB is being cancelled. I’m sick of seeing moral shows cancelled so goofed, misguided, and immoral shows continue to air! Makes me want to stop watching anything. Just leads to disappointment. Seriously, if networks are basing the success of a show off one seasons ratings, the networks are foolish.
