Save CODE BLACK. The intelligence and excitement is ten steps above any other show on TV. The characters are very real with very real stories themselves. This is not your average MEDICAL TV show. Where there are 5 people in the emergency room waiting to be helped. They spend most nights in overflow – more patients than they have people and stock to help all of them. It is fast paced, it has moment of exquisite beauty bringing tears to your eyes, it not Grey’s Anatomy because we mostly see the show in action, not going home to party or deal with family. It is as much about the patients and their lives as it is about the doctors and their ability to function under severely stressful situations. Elementary has had a nice long run. Time to move over and let this excellent show shine for several more years. KEEP CODE BLACK PLEASE.

Save Elementary.. There are several medical shows on TV.. I like Grey’s Anatomy the best, number one on the network for 12 years.. I like Chicago Med next and Saving Hope too. I like Code Black, it is OK..but it is my second choice.

Save Elementary. It airs on Sunday night at 10 PM and it is frequently delayed because of sports programming. CBS has not gotten it’s act together on Sunday night, (the way Fox has), and their Sunday night shows wind up losing viewers because people turn on CBS, don’t see their programs, and change the channel. Apart from Saturday, (which is the worst night for All of the networks), Sunday night is the worst night of the week for CBS prime time shows.
I liked Code Black, however, it was not seen by enough people to be renewed, and it’s season finale sure looked like a potential series finale with all of the major loose ends resolved.
If both Elementary and Code Black could be renewed, I would be happy, however, if I had to choose, I would bring back Elementary. Even if it just for a short final season, similar to The Mentalist, Mike and Molly, and Person of Interest.
