The Blacklist Season 5 killed by linear ratings? Not necessarily. NBC chief Jennifer Salke notes the crime drama’s performance in other key metrics, per Deadline:
“[The Blacklist] very profitable for Sony and an important show for us. Even though the linear rating is nothing to write home about, we define it differently and look at how it performs over a few days. It’s huge overseas.”
Will The Blacklist become one of the reaper’s biggest captures of the year, or can it eke out another season?
Stay tuned as we continue to monitor the renew/cancel status of The Blacklist Season 5…

Please don’t cancel this show. We have been watching since the beginning. I am not a fan of Red,but we love Liz and Tom,I hope they get him back to the show. We want to see Agnes grow.

They ruined this show when they wrote in her pregnancy and marriage. They needed to do what the soaps do and film around it. Then they wasted an entire season with the birth, death, kidnapping and marriage. What does this have to do with the theme of the show that was the theme of the show, namely, she and Reddington working together and figuring out the relationship. I hope they don’t cancel it because I love James Spader and there is so much more story to tell if they stick to what we tuned in watch initially.

While that wasn’t the best part of the season, Season 3 was awesome – Cape May may be the best episode of the show, combined with Mr. DeVry and the one with Katarina’s father … I so understand the nature of their (creepy) relationship. And the baby makes the bond between Liz and Red stronger.

Admittedly my girlfriend and I fell too far behind and can’t access the episodes we were on anymore. So we’ll have to wait until it drops on Netflix for this Season. But we’re still very interested in the show. One would think the Network’s website would have all the episodes of the latest season.
Bill says
Stream it on NBC (available free on ROKU, etc.)

Red is alive. Let the Redemption go on, and please do not cancel. You should have a vote on this one as well, and the fans will decide!

Another absolutely great show that is getting killed by all the breaks between episodes and also by dragging stuff out forever!! The story line moves too slow. This has been my favorite. Also Blindspot. I don’t watch any of the others.

I agree with the above comment. There are way to many breaks for this show…by the time it comes back, who the hell remembers what happened ..I love this show, but stick to what made the show great. Please do not cancel it.

I agree with the above comment.Way to many beaks.By the time it comes back I have forgotten what the hell happened. Why do the producers have to go and change the concept of the show? It went so far off track that it became convoluted. I love this show, please don’t cancel this show.
